User registration and login
Enter your email address and password to access the world of Merlo. It only takes a few steps to complete your registration for the MyMerlo app: fill in the required fields, verify your account and access the system immediately.
After logging in, you can synchronise your machines independently and start managing your fleet with precision and security. Everything is done directly from your smartphone screen, with a clear and user-friendly interface designed to facilitate every operation.

Machine association, geolocation and statistics
After logging in, you can easily associate your Merlo machine by entering the vehicle identification code. After verification, the app will automatically recognise it and add it to your profile.
You will be able to:
– See the updated GPS position of the machine on the map
– Track the movements made (route history)
– Access detailed use statistics: working hours, operating modes, consumption and downtime intervals
All data is updated in real time, so you can monitor efficiency and productivity wherever you are.
Notifications and alerts
With the MyMerlo app, you can activate push notifications to receive real-time alerts about everything that happens to your machine. The system automatically informs you in case of:
– Upcoming maintenance
– Abnormal activity or unauthorised use
– Diagnostic alarms detected by the on-board control unit
