How to delete MerloMobility account

Account deletion wizard in the MyMerlo App

1. Log into your profile

From the MyMerlo app homepage, tap the profile icon in the top left corner to enter your personal area.

2. Go to "Edit profile"

Once inside the MyMerlo app menu, select “Your profile” to open the “Edit profile” section. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the “Delete profile” option. Tap it to proceed.

3. Confirm deletion

To complete the process, tap “Delete“. Your account will be deactivated and the permanent deletion procedure will begin.



What happens after deletion?

Within 6 months after the deletion of the profile Merlo S.p.A. will permanently delete any data and information recorded and stored by the user. This period may turn out to be longer where there are contractual (e.g. managing ongoing service activities) or legal (e.g. as legal justification) requirements.

Except for willful misconduct and gross negligence, the Provider shall not be liable for any reason for data, information and content deleted from the User's account and rendered unrecoverable, either during the provision of the service or upon its termination."
