Founded in 1964 Merlo Group has over the years truly established itself as a material handling industry innovator. Achieving many industry firsts, Merlo has lead the way with key material handling sector innovations.
Fast forward to 2023 and a long-held desire of Merlo Group to develop a greener, more sustainable product range is now a reality, with the emission free Generation Zero range of Merlo products. A very clear sign of the significant commitment from this family-owned company to establish a cleaner, greener, and sustainable future for its products.
A completely new addition to the Merlo Generation Zero line up will make its debut at Plantworx 23, the all new CINGO e-Power.
Adding a new and exciting dimension to the well proven CINGO range of tracked dumpers and carriers, the ePower model offers a fully electric solution and zero fossil fuel alternative for those in the market for high tip rubber tracked carrier or high tip dumper.
Removing the need to handle flammable fuel to site, risks are significantly reduced to the operator, instead simply plug in to any available 240v electric supply to charge the CINGO e-Power’s on-board 48V lithium battery. A continuous autonomy range of up to 4 hours gives users a dependable & highly efficient machine, whilst minimising its local environmental impact. The lack of engine noise makes it a welcome addition to any work site in close proximity to populated areas, even making extended working hours possible thanks to its almost silent operation.
The CINGO e-Power will make its UK debut at the upcoming Plantworx Show in Peterborough on the 13th-15th June.
Call by the Merlo UK Stand (C-CB1) at Plantworx where the new CINGO e-Power will be on display alongside a range of Merlo construction models from the Panoramic, ROTO and CINGO ranges along with the fully electric eWorker.
