How to delete MerloMobility account

Wizard for deleting an account on MerloMobility

1. Click on profile within the App home page.

2. Enter the change section "Edit profile" and select "Delete profile"

3. Click Delete

Within 6 months after the deletion of the profile Merlo S.p.A. will permanently delete any data and information recorded and stored by the user. This period may turn out to be longer where there are contractual (e.g. managing ongoing service activities) or legal (e.g. as legal justification) requirements.

Except for willful misconduct and gross negligence, the Provider shall not be liable for any reason for data, information and content deleted from the User's account and rendered unrecoverable, either during the provision of the service or upon its termination."
