Maximum performance with a minimal footprint: the new Merlo 30.7 will be on the market in February 2024
Two models and five versions, designed specifically for agriculture and construction. The new compact and versatile 30.7 range of telehandlers guarantees all the same comfort and safety as larger top-of-the-line machines, for which it received two awards during the 2023 exhibition season.
San Defendente di Cervasca (CN) | 12.01.2024 - Maximum performance and safety with a minimal footprint: after having been previewed during 2023, and having already received two awards (the Samoter Innovation Award and the “Technical Innovation” award at the Agrilevante exhibition), the new Merlo 30.7 is finally available for sale.
The compact and versatile 30.7 guarantees all the same comfort and safety as larger top-of-the-line machines. In fact, the 30.7 has been specifically designed and developed with the aim of raising the safety standards in its category, and has therefore been equipped with a series of systems that make it entirely unique.
- Merlo's ASCS (Adaptive Stability Control System)prevents the risk of the machine tipping over while handling a load.
- The 360° LED lighting ensures excellent visibility in all lighting conditions.
- The Flow Sharing distributor, for maximum efficiency, excellent performance, and perfectly smooth operation.
- The 30.7 also comes standard with the MerloMobility 1.1 system, which monitors the machine’s functions in real time, making it possible, among other things, to limit or programme the telehandler’s functions based on the operational or safety requirements.
These unique features led the Merlo 30.7 to receive the SaMoTer Innovation Award in the Compact Telehandler category, as an “original and functional solution in the field of safety and comfort”, as well as the Technical Innovation Award at Agrilevante 2023. The highly compact 30.7 is the only model in this range to have a height and width of just 2mx2m. Its maximum capacity is 3 tonnes, with a lifting height of up to 7 metres.
The 30.7 is available in two models: the TF30.7, designed specifically for agriculture, and the highly versatile P30.7, which is ideal for construction work. The TF30.7 is available in 3 versions: L, standard and CS; while the P30.7 comes in 2 versions: L and standard.
The TF30.7 features a DEUTZ TCD 2,9HP engine, while the P30.7 is powered by the KOHLER KDI 2504.
The TF30.7 CS also features Merlo’s patented suspended cab, an innovative solution that maximises comfort and safety. As a matter of fact, the low frequency oscillation system allows a drastic reduction of vibrations inside the cab and favours the absorption of the stress transmitted during the transfer and work phases, also on uneven ground. This increases the safety levels for operators and reduces the risk of accidents or the development of diseases related to this issue. The suspended cab therefore improves working conditions and provides greater safety for the operator.
