Tre Emme MM 150 VR - Power within reach.

When the engineers at Tre Emme – a Merlo Group company – started designing the first tool-carrying tractors for road and forest maintenance purposes, they were well aware they had accepted a challenge with a very high technological profile.
Creating extremely specialised machines which could handle any kind of activity, even the most unusual and specific ones, while always guaranteeing the maximum safety and profitability was no easy task. Especially when those activities had traditionally been carried out by standard tractors which had undergone deep and costly transformations.
Today, their brave choice has proven successful: production volumes have risen, the range of products has expanded and now includes new and more powerful models, specialised equipments have grown in number.
These are innovative, agile and powerful machines, and at the same time versatile and extraordinarily easy to handle, designed to face any kind of terrain and effectively meet even the needs of those who work in the field of road and railway maintenance.
From design to manufacturing, everything at Tre Emme is meticulously taken care of, down to the last detail. This ensures the maximum quality of the systems which will have to operate in the most adverse environmental conditions.
One of the gems of this technology is the extraordinary tool-carrying tractor MM 150 VR, a system which has truly revolutionised the way of working. This machine is the perfect answer for those who need superior performances and demand total control over the attachment. The side telescopic boom means that even the steepest slope or the tallest trees are accessible, while the operator always has complete control of the situation.
This new machine allows to fully exploit the versatility of the various attachments that can be connected to the boom. No matter if you are using a grass-mower, a multi-blade shearer, a shovel to clean drains or hydraulic tongs for tree trunks, optimal visibility of the used attachment and of the working area is guaranteed even at over 10 m distance.
All operations can be controlled by the operator through a multifunction joystick.
The unusual construction layout and the exclusive ergonomic choices ensure a top level operating efficiency and comfort.
The machine chassis, entirely made of steel and armoured in its bottom area, is fitted with a front three-point connection for a wide range of attachments (various forest cutters, grass-mowers, ploughshares and snow turbines) while the rear connection (optional) can be used to connect countless types of equipment.
The front and rear mechanical power takeoffs further increase the machine versatility.
The turbo intercooler 4-cylinder 146 HP Deutz engine with common-rail injection is Euro 3 compliant. It has permanent 4-wheel drive with hydrostatic transmission and steering on all 4 wheels.
The cabin is armoured, according to the strictest safety regulations, and complies with the EC ROPS/FOPS directives, which certify the structure resistance to tipping and crushing.
The visibility in all direction is unrivalled; the steel roof has a wide armoured window to safely work when using telescopic booms fitted with circular saws to cut tree branches.
The operator comfort knows no compromise. Air conditioning and seat with pneumatic suspensions are supplied as standard. The seat can also rotate 45° to the right in order to improve visibility and ergonomics when using the side boom.
Powerful, easy to handle, comfortable and safe: these are the features which make the Tre Emme tool-carrying tractors the ideal machines for road and forest maintenance operations.
