Load sensing hydraulic system.

The hydraulic systems of the Merlo high-performance telescopic handler range features a pump of variable displacement type controlled by a “load sensing” device. This device responds to the circuit load, and thereby permits flow variation to automatically adapt it to external user needs.

Flow auto-regulation
Once the maximum required pressure level if reached the flow is self-regulated to the handled load value, so that there is no risk of energy wasting or excessive rise in the oil temperature.

High construction quality
The pump is made to the highest standards to ensure an extended life even under the most extreme operating conditions.

Multi-user point powering
It is possible to supply various user points at the same time, in parallel, even in the event of high power demands.
