Photograph forwarding and publication terms
On sending photographic and/or documentary material under any form (electronic means, in the form of printed documents or slides etc) the sender unconditionally authorizes Merlo Spa to use the same in the form, means, and whenever and whereever Merlo Spa sees fit; at the full discretion of the same. The sender specifically renounces to any payment and/or compensation of any kind by Merlo Spa and also renounces the right to take any action in relation to Merlo Spa in the event of any unauthorized use by third-parties.
The above material is to be sent at the sender’s own expense. The material sent will not be returned unless specifically requested. Where possibile the photographs will be printed with the name of the author and the name of the place / event to which they refer.
